Our office participates in the InfantSEE program, a complementary program designed to screen babies' vision during their first crucial year of life. It is recommended that children be examined at certain critical stages in development: 7-9 months of age, 3 years of age, first grade and then every 2 years throughout the school years. Those children with systemic disease(s), and/or a family history of refractive conditions or disease should been seen yearly.
